I was running low on gas so i stopped to refuel and the car wouldn't come back on. We took out the spark plug and wire still connected and it wasn't getting a spark. It doesn't seem to be getting any gas either.
its a 1992 Subaru Legacy MPFI Turbo

i do them for $200 to $300 depending on the engine you can expect to pay $400 most places there not a do it youre self job the marks for the timing are confusing

sounds like you broke a timing belt to me sorry
good news this engine wont bend valves
have the water pump swaped also (for maintanace )

I hope it is not this way. The computers on cars die when they want and it will seem like some thing else was going on was the cause. You may have to just get it to a shop and get it checked out.

Did you check the oil?
