I don't know what the hell I did. Everything went on perfectly even except my right foot, which is completely orange. Exfoliating has not helped. What can I do FAST? I used Estee Lauder Sunless Towelettes (basically big body wipes). This has never happened before. Thanks.

Mix a quarter cup of lemon juice and half a cup of salt this creates an exfoliante and will help to loosen up the orange color out of your skin! Hope this helps

You'll have to give it time. Don't scrub... you'll just create a bigger mess and raw skin. In a few days it will tone down, but in the meantime, you'll have to rethink your footwear.

There is not a single tanner that is foolproof. Luckily, this was not the neck area or elbows which often turn orange or a darker color.

Make up remover might help a little bit
If you definitely cannot get it off, you could try using an instant spray tan like, Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs to help conceal the orange.
Hope it helps!

the only quick way is to beg your local hairdresser for a small amount of perm lotion. This will really bring it off. but wash your foot well after wards. I also have read that you can buy a remover I think its "St.Tropes "and that you can get it from larger boots stores . I expect it will be expensive . perm lotion is much cheaper but never ever get it near your eyes and be careful near the face . We used to protect eyes and face when doing perms .

what exactly went wrong? are you like orange? or did it just go on really blotchy? if its orange you just have to keep using a scrub. if its blotchy, put the tanner on the places you missed, wait awhile and then do a mild scrub all over.

**hands her a pair of socks** Don't worry. They are toe socks so you can wear them with your flip flops. *wink*

*shrugs* Gosh I so wish I could help you but I seriously don't know a thing about this stuff. Seems like it would wear off or exfoliate off. But if it is not....... you can keep my socks. ;)
