I have a really bad ibm computer that I got used, it keeps on messing up and I want to wipe it clean. How do I do that? I've completely rebooted my hp before but am not sure what to do for an ibm.

I don't have the restore disks or anything for it. I just have the tower and thats it.

You will need the "Restore" disks for that computer. Or you could use a copy of XP and then download the drivers for this system from IBM.

First Unplug your power cord off your computer, then wait for 30 seconds, then plug it back in. That's all
