From your list, I like Sofia Marie the best, because it seem to flow nicely. I am not a fan of Gabriella at all, and Jade is cute, but becoming rather common.

I prefer Gabriella Marie versus Sofia and Jade is cute as well...Try Madison or Brooklyn....

I like Gabriella better than sofia,but I really like Alexandra Jade actually,when I was reading them my mind just flipped those ones naturally so thats my vote!!

Remember you are choosing one of the most important aspects of someone elses life. Be Kind, Be Fair. Think of nicknames; Think of initials. DON'T think trendy or cute.
Keep spelling in it's correct form.
THINK: Is this a name you would want to be called.

I think Jade alexandra sounds the best. If going by the second choice Gabriella sounds pretty.
