You should create a 360 page. Go to: Edit my Info. Create the 360 page on which you uploaded a couple of your pics after what you choose one of them as an avatar by clicking on : use my 360 picture .

Just create a 360 page, upload a pic to your "edit my photos" section of the 360 page, and then select "use my 360 pic" in your Answers profile.
