Whilst I acknowledge your prerogative to ask the question,It
is my considered opinion that the decision to do either is a personal one. Moreover, there are unknown factors that would need to be considered. For example, what if the $1,000's
would enable you to do more for a particular charity, such purchase some appliance or equipnent to produce things which the charity could sell to earn income. What if you needed the money because you were in debt, and it was essential that the debt be repaid,or would provide some mobility equipment for a relative or family,or yourself. It not my
prerogative or anybody else to advise or suggest an answer to your question. My considered opinion and impartial response to your question is:You, and only you, can and should decide which of the two options are acceptable, and nobody else.

I would rather give a million for charity because 10,000 dollars is easier to come by than a million you can just afford to GIVE to charity, and helping charity is very important.
It wouldn't be charity if they didn't need it, right?

I moved to Dominican Republic a while in the past, and that i found out we human beings do no longer understand the way plenty human beings are in desire till we adventure it stay and direct with our very own eyes. If I had that selection I admit i could think of roughly it for a minute. yet on the tip of the day the obtrusive selection for me is the 1st one. despite the fact that, i do no longer think in giving money to charities, I extremely assemble a set of volunteers, purchase a good number of foodstuff, assemble a good number of used clothing and placed across it to the persons in desire myself.
