Some adults with the mind of a child are dangerous because they don't understand right from wrong and do dangerous things.
Children on the other hand can have the mind of an adult and do adult things, but are allowed to stay within society because of their age.
Who said life is fair?

MY children do not roam free in the streets, they are with me or their father, daycare in the week, and grandparents 24 hours a day, I don't even let my sisters or anyone else watch them, I'm very protective of them, and adults that have the minds of children ,they are regressing, once they get older alot of them go into nursing homes, or have a home health care provider, it's a very sad thing to see, I'm a CNA for 2 different nursing homes, and alot of them need constant supervision, they do all kinds of crazy things if they aren't being watched.

Children roam under adult supervision & guidance because they lack the intelligence & experience to roam on their own. Adults with the minds of children, therfore, also need supervision & guidance.

they don't always lock them up, they have to have 24 hr care the same as a child does, you can't expect a small child to get his own place, do his own shopping, manage a weekly budget, they need to be looked after, the same goes for an adult with learning difficulties it is for their own good that they are cared for 100%
