Like, for example, if her husband/boyfriend is handcuffed and he asks her to stop (for some reason) and she doesn't.

Yes. Rape is rape. The act isn't gender specific.

This is the one thing that pisses me off about the film 40 Days and 40 Nights. Josh Hartnett's character was raped towards the end of the film by that girl, but everyone acted like it was his fault and like he cheated on Emmanuelle Vaugier's character. If it had been turned around, if Emmanuelle Vaugier's character had been raped and Josh Hartnett's character shunned her upon finding out, acting like it was her fault, then everyone would have been aghast and screaming.

And people saying rape isn't as common for women to commit are wrong. It isn't as commonly reported is the truth. But women can force themselves on men and get them to believe that the man wanted to have sex with them all along. That happens a lot.

Rape isn't an act of penetration, Jennifer, it's forcing sex on another person. A woman can rape a man, woman, child or animal. A penis is not required.

No I do not believe that a woman can be arrested for raping an adult male, I think that they can be arrested for raping/touching a child either male or female.
My wife has continued with things at times when I asked for them to be stopped but I would never report this as rape. The worst is to be subjected to one of her boyfriends sexual needs which I honestly despise. I do not think anyone such as the police or a judge would do anything but laugh. In fact at one point I tried to speak to them about things and was told their was nothing they could do.

Yes. But it had better be for more than just "some reason." In any case, a lot of women are arrested for rape, actually. In comparison to men, it is a very, very small percentage of rapes, under 1% of them. Regardless, if a woman somehow forces sex onto a guy, it is still rape, and that woman can still be prosecuted for it. It is so rare, however, and very few men would be willing to report it. And if you reported your ex-girlfriend or something to get back at her, you'd be looking at a lawsuit if you made it up. Like with any crime, you have to be able to prove it happened.

Yes, technically she can. While it is more common to hear of women involved in statutory rape (a woman rapes an a boy or girl minor), it is quite possible that a woman could rape a man, and get arrested for it.
