I always have dreams where there are people trying to kill me or my family, and I keep having to escape in different ways, last night I had a dream where there were mobsters trying to kill me and I had to change my name and move country, I couldn't stop moving otherwise they'd kill me.

It's just one of your typical nightmares, you may have seen a scary movie or something on t.v and it happened to fall into your dream only your the character. It's only a dream so it won't kill you. Try thinking off good things before you go to bed, like being on an island having your favorite soda and being with your best buds! It works for me so you should try it to!

It just means you're having anxiety over something going on in your life right now...try doing some stretching exercises before you go to sleep. Helps me all the time. Sweet dreams from now on...
