Nope, not anchor worms, that much is obvious

Your fish is showing signs of a disease commonly called pop eye. It's actually an internal bacterial infection and needs to be treated with antibiotics. My first choice would be Furanase, followed by Maracyn TC for treatments for this problem. Just treat as the package directs and it should clear up within a few days. Pop eye is quite treatable if treated promptly.

I think you fish has a parisite called anchor worms, it wont last very long, i had one that had that happen to it and it died that same day
