I'm not sure if it is American made but the sellen s7 is second fastest next to the Bugatti veron (fastest street legal car)

I know you asked for American 4x4, but take a look at the stats for the Mercedes Benz ML63.
That is one quick 4x4!!!!

That's hard to say. The Ford GT would be up toward the top of the pack, I'm sure. Throw Viper in there too.
