Are we really that ungrateful? I am also wondering the same about women. Are they really so ungrateful???
Well, like to know what makes you feel this way and what did he do to you to deserve the general population being pointed finger at as being ungrateful.
Just calm down and find out what is the total cause of everything. When I know I did something wrong to my girlfriend, I will admit it, unless she comes off like she is the mother of Earth and she needs to be bigger then me.
That is why many relationships fail or not communicable is because we misunderstand each other so much we just don't stop and listen to ourselves that we are talking more about them then thinking if we did anything wrong in the first place.
I hope this is a good answer to you and an objective opinion that you can accept.

I don't think ALL men are ungrateful, I think a few give the rest a really bad reputation. While you might think some are ungrateful, maybe they just express it differenty that we, as females, do? Also, what we would express gratefulness for might mean nothing to then and vice versa (i.e. girls like getting flowers, guys wouldn't care so much).. get him an old muscle car, a stripper, or some other guy thing and see what he does :)

They're not. It's just the ones you are choosing.
I could turn the question around on you as well because some women can be just as ungrateful as some men. It all depends on the person.

I think that u are stereotyping this gender. What ever it is that u have been through u haven't been with all men and as hard as it is to beleive there has to be some good men out there. I bet alot of men feel this way about some women but all women don't fit the mold of society. Sorry for the pain that was caused i've been through it , just don't give up on men.

Thats a pretty narrowminded statement. Not all men are anything other then individuals. Everyone in the world is different. Don't generalize. Maybe you are just atracted to the a$$holes of the crowd.

Stereotyping are we? I mean that not ALL men are ungrateful. But i guess we are all ungratelful when it gets down to it. Maybe just a littl, but we still are. And so- tehres your answer.

Because women need to stop catering to them. Make them step up to the plate and help..dishes, laundry, cooking, kids. Now a days most women have to work outside of the home as well.....everyone deserves some help.....I raised my son to be self sufficient...he lives alone and his place is always cleaned. No one waits on him.

It is unfair to put all men in the same category. Women are more emotional beings and men are more thinking beings. However, it you choose the right man - all is right with the world (your world)
