Interesting, though I think the more incredible applications of nanotechnology are stil at least a couple dozen years away. But I can see where this is going, perhaps eventually this approach means a cheap disposable sensor that performs thousands of tests and instantly reports the results from a single drop of blood, or sensors that are virtual super-bloodhounds for missing people or search-and-rescue.
