SA = 2*LW + 2*LH + 2*WH
SA = 2*(6*4) + 2*(6*8) + 2*(4*8)
SA = 48 + 96 + 64 = 208 cm^2

The formula is 2(l*w + l*h + w*h). You've been given l = 6 cm, w = 4 cm, and h = 8 cm. You can keep the measurements in terms of cm and then report the answer in cm^2, or you can convert to m first if you want a result in m^2.

(Note that l*w*h gives you volume, not surface area.)

2(lw + lh + wh) = 2(6*4+6*8+4*8)
