They have to give you your money back or offer you a similar item equal or better then the one you ordered.

Your question is not clear. Do you mean you ordered online or direct?

Ok if you ordered online and you paid, if you paid by Paypal then you can file complain or if you paid by credit card you can inform your credit card company. Or if you paid by money order/Check then you have to contact Consumer advisory centre if there is any.

Some times order take time to process. Did you call them and talked about your order?
