I have had both. I think that the best ones are ones that do their job and don't expect you to do it for them, but at the same time, they are able to delegate. It is a very hard thing to balance.

Well. If you mean as world leaders? I think there should be an equal balance between both. They say if women were in charge there would be no wars. I agree. But i doubt that would end cruelty. And cruelty without war to stop it is just as bad as pointless wars over nothing. We need both in charge.
