It is possible that you might be exempted from some of the exams, but that is something you would need to check up on.
Even if you qualify, there is a great deal of uncertainty when it comes to being able to establish yourself in practice. Perhaps you are better off in India.

Why not contact the Law Society which is the professional body for solicitors you have to have a practising certificate from them if you are to act as a solicitor.

If you are a barrister you possibly belong to an Indian Inn of court or similar which will have some relationship with one of the Inns of Court in London. get in touch with them.

Then you will know the answer

Not in Scotland - its a different type of degree, seriously English law and Scottish law are different so I would think Indian law is more different and as a lawyer you should know this.

the simple answer is you cannot you have not got the right qualifications the job requires knowledge of english law and you wont hav that until you have studied it for some considerable time approx five years
