Reality is what you perceive it to be!
My reality may not be yours and vice versa. We are all individuals living individual lives and having individual experiences, therefore it may be suggested that there are as many 'realities' as there are people on earth!

reality is only NOW, past and future are just thoughts in your head. Reality is "AS IT IS". By the way reality is very neutral, the fact is you can t grasp it, because no matter how hard you try it will always became projections by your mind. This goes to spiritual Enlightenment, a realization of unity, you, nothingness and the whole universe. deep3x

reality is something that nobody can see. no one can see only real things, because he/she has got a brain, opinions, hopes. the reality exist and it`s about all real things, true things...but people can`t only have/see the reality. so, if we say this in another way.... it`s a true dream that only some kind of robot (without brain, opinions-but with a lot of science things and knowlege) can meet.

Whatever our current thought processes in our all-too-fragile minds allow us to percieve. One day's reality is different from the next.
I pretty much agree with the above person, except there are more realities even than that. Our perceptions change with every tiny experience and mood. Your perecption of things can change in seconds.

Suppose on a rainy day you go to sleep in your darkened bedroom and wake up[not knowing that it's evening]to find it's pitch dark around you and think,"O my God,I have over slept and it must be midnight".This is 'reality' for you but not the truth.Reality is based on our perceptions and these vary from person to person.So,what relation reality has with Truth ?Some other time,.............

In my opinion reality is an illusion. We all perceive a different reality......so how can it be "real"? What's "real" for me may not be "real" for you. We all have our own "filters" through which we view life and reality.
Kind of twilight-zonish if you really think about it, but true.
