Of course, I would take the money. I would be surprised and probably think that I have come across some mentally ill person with a large amount of disposable income, but that wouldn't stop me from taking the money.

Sometimes you can ignore the strings attached. I remember when my husband just came to America and we were at the supermarket and the bank inside gave him a free can of pop/soda --he was just standing there-not even by the bank. He was so happy and surprised. :) But me, I thought about the advertising of the bank and how they try to lure you in. lol

Even with no strings, I would question either the stranger's motives or his mental stability. But I still wouldn't accept someone else's money.

it would depend on the situation and lots of different factors. Why does he want to give it to me, whose money is it really, are there reports on the radio of any recently robbed banks in the area, does he look a bit shady, what kind of business or work is he in, does he seem trustworthy, is he odd or weirdo?

There is ALWAYS a catch, there is always fine print that gets looked over. I am too much of a skeptic to fall for something like that.
