if it's ice cream that you have an abundance of, i get it. but i highly doubt that's it. oh speaking of freezers, i learned recently that a freezer is not a safe place for keeping dynamite. thanks, law and order.

I actually do have 2 freezers. A chest freezer for food and a fridge freezer full of ice cream... chocolate, minit choc chip, strawberry, raspberry ripple, cornish vanilla and napolitan. Oh I also have lemon sorbet.
Equally I have a cupboard for treats to have with icecream. It has flakes, twixes, cookies (chocolare chip ones taste sooo good crushed up and served with chocolate), marshmallows, wafers, wafer oysters, chocolate sauce, strawberry sauce, and chocolate roll.
Lead me not into temptation..... I already Know the way!!!!

When I was growing up we had a big deep freezer. My parents would feel it up twice a year with beef and pork. They had a cow and a pig butchered once a year and it is cheaper than going to the grocery store and taste better. And then the veggies from the garden.

I have a chest freezer in the garage. I buy things in bulk when they are on sale and freeze stuff, like meats, ice cream, or if I go berry picking, I freeze those too.

I have a small second freezer. Hubby and I do a lot of off shore fishing, so we need some place to store the fish!

I have three extra freezers in my garage. I keep various board games in there. I also store bags of chips, yarn and a small collection of ladies purses to preserve the 'smell'

I have lots of dogs and they all eat a raw meat and bone diet so I keep 3 freezers stocked with their food. lol

I might be a little anal,but I keep beef and bread in one freezer and chicken/pork in the other one.
It seems more organized to me and is easier to find and to know what you have.

A second freezer is useful for hunters and fishermen or fisherwomen and when you have a garden.
Is it good enough for ya!! I'm a woman hunter myself and when i go moose hunting i need room for my meat.

I have two freezers, the one with my fridge and a second... I just buy stuff when its cheap and put it in there ... Saves me money I guess.
