well, the nail does not penetrate the the nailbed or the surrounding flesh around the toenail. its just, under one of my toenail, there is another toenail that is growing. It doesn't hurt a bit. What's happening to my nails??

That's a hangnail. Grab some tweezers, grab the underneath nail, and yank really hard. It's going to hurt REALLY bad. Then treat it with some hydrogen peroxide, and some warm soapy water as needed. Finally, if it's still bleeding a little bit, put a small bandage on the toe if necessary.

The nail got separated at some point, either from trauma to the nail (did you kick something? play sports?) or poor nutrition.

youmust have hurt the original nail and now new one is growing. you can just wiat it will eventually throw the other one out or you can have it removed but its hurts and needs doctor to do it

trim it as it grows and let it grow out normally.

If it becomes painful, infected, or you don't like how it looks, then go to a podiatrist.
