Another vacation day for me but, I always eat the same on a work day... Lite yogurt w/granola and a banana for breakfast, lunch is a sandwich on lite bread w/chips, snacks consists of apples, grapes, orange,peach, nectarine or cantaloupe. I don't eat all that but I do eat a least 4 fruits a day. Oh yeah I didn't even metion the coffee and the Diet Pepsi...

Sounds spectacular. I plan on throwing in a frozen pizza and maybe some fries to go along with it.
