Seriously though, I could not find a word for a person obsessed with with hair but Trichophilia is a paraphilia in which one becomes sexually aroused by, or is extremely fond of, human hair (usually cephalic).
Closely related to trichophilia is haircut fetishism.
Trichotillomania (TTM), or "trich" as it is commonly known, is an impulse control disorder characterized by the repeated urge to pull out scalp hair, eyelashes, facial hair, nose hair, pubic hair, eyebrows or other body hair.
