Where in the hell is Mark Callaway aka The Undertaker does the Cameo appearence in Wild Hogs??

One of his bios says he had a cameo...I didn't see him so my best guess is that he would be in the biker bar scene at the Del Fuegos.

According to the Internet Movie Database, Mark "The Undertaker" Callaway does not have a cameo appearance in the fild Wild Hogs (see sources).
