If you need a shower, then that should come first, and if you are sleepy, then you should go to bed. You need to take care of yourself first. Then, after your shower, if you aren't tired, you can read or get back on the computer...after all, the internet isn't going anywhere.

Take a shower...do you have to work this morning? Reading may only case you to fall back asleep, and Y/A is bad for your health. Too addictive. Eye strain, back problems, discomfort associated...( I think with wrist) all associated with extended periods of computer usage...lol.
