you really should stop banging the workmen! its a known fact that orgasm can give a small percentage of women headaches and the best cure is ibuprofen and sleep. so tell the workmen to go away and come back tomorrow. or if he works for the council, he wont be there for long anyway!

Take some nurofen or paracetemol, then either go out to get away from the noise, or if you can't go out for whatever reason then put on your headphones and listen to some soothing music, or use earplugs. Drink plenty of water also. Hope you feel better soon!

Lucky workmen, kick them out of bed if there that bad. Don't forget to stick the kettle on and make them a brew before they go though, they'll be gasping.

u could try taking a couple of paracetamol, or using forhead and a relaxation technique, ie; try imagining your next 2 a waterfall in a clearing and letting the sounds wash over u. it always works 4 me.

Get away from the ones doing the banging....if you want to take painkillers.ok...if not...drink plenty of water...lie down and relax....when you get up drink more water and unless it's very severe it should be gone in no time......water will cure it.
