Do you mean increase in radius?
A1 = 100 m ² = π r ²
A2 = 110 m ² = π R ²
110 / 100 = R ² / r ²
11 r ² = 10 R ²
R ² = (11/10) r ²
R = (1.05) r
R/r = 1.05 = 105%
% increase in radius = 5 %

Area of a circle ar.= pi * r ^2
=> r=sqrt(700/22) [ as ar. = 100]
=> r=sqrt(31.8181)
=> r= 5.640
if area is increased by 10% then increase in radius is to be found
say the new radius is r1
100+10= pi * r1^2
r1=sqrt(110/pi)
r1=5.916
increase in radius of circle is 5.916-5.640= .276

for the orignal circle
area=pi* r^2
100=22/7*r^2
r^2=350/11
r=5.64
10% increase in area means 110m^2
area=pi* r^2
110=22/7*r^2
r^2=35
r=sqrt(35)=5.916
percent increase=4.85%
