I had a stalker after me one time. He actually used the justice system in Va., to come after me. He signed 13 warrants against me in three months time. Of course they were unfounded and dismissed, but it was his way of getting to me.

That phrase is a redundancy. If someone is stalking someone else, that stalker is clearly obsessed. However, someone obsessed with someone or something does not necessarily engage in stalking behavior.

I think it's a stalker whom is obsessed with the one who he/she is stalking.. Or maybe, a person who loves stalking people
