where u stand depends on how many are in each team, but say if u've got 6 people on a team, ud have one in each corner of ur half of the court and 1 in the middle at the front, and 1 at the back. The person at the back right corner of your court serves by holding the ball in one hand and hitting it over the net with the other. The aim is to get it to touch the floor on the other teams court. You can hit the ball with one hand or two, but two is usually prefered as u can be more accurate. If u hit it but it doesnt go over the net, ur team can hit it another two times to get it over the net, but never the same person twice in a row. Whichever team wins the point gets to serve next. If the other team have been serving and your team wins the point, then your team "rotates" ie, every changes positions in a clockwise direction. I think you decide who wins by who gets to 22 first but i cant be sure. Thats it i think, but also, u can hit the ball with ur head, but u cant kick it, if the other team hits the ball outside the court its ur point (like in tennis), and u cant hit the ball more than once on a serve
