In 1887 Bobcott started to build a steel dam at Lower Otay Lakes. He knew the future of San Diego depended upon a reliable supply of water for large numbers of people. With the backing of Speckles he later built another dam at Upper Otay Lakes. The years to follow were very harsh. The people suffered through a great drought. After seeing the community suffering from the extreme heat, the city agreed to pay Hatfield to make it rain. He was very successful in fulfilling his commitment to make it rain, so successful that on January 27, 1914 both dams broke and the famous Hatfield flood wiped out the town of Otay, all the farms, and the Santa Fe Railroad.
This is a true story. He made it rain but because he couldn't stop it, he was never paid ... so much damage. He took that secret to his grave.

Well, most of the time, when I'm sad it rains. But it's God who really makes rain. Maybe he just follows the mood of certain people.

Well, no I don't think you can. I've tried a couple of rain dances before and either I wasn't doing them right or they don't work.

yea I sure can if I step on a spider it will rain or if I rain dance
it sure as hell rain like hell just like hell it will rain just as it does in hell but it will rain rain not fireballs but I can make it rain just gotta step on a spider

Not naturally. If you want to make indoor rain, make a room REALLY cold. Then make it REALLY hot really fast. The moisture will turn to water.
