No way you are an estate agent. Take the 270 because it wall cost you a fortune to wait for another tenant.

Try posting your question in well-phrased and properly spelled English and maybe someone here can help you. With your reference to £ and p, you must be in the UK. I know that schools in the UK do a better job than that.
