I don't want you to be cured. Your thoughts floating into my brain keeps me entertained throughout the day.

I believe you may be controlling your paranoia,therefore you can control your own life without hesitation or fear of the unknown..
Maybe medications play a role but sound mind and body are a basis for a normal existance..=)

I'd guess you're just being "treated", there is no money for doctors or pharmaceutical companies in "cures".
