there is nothing in this world which could called as absolute.
EVERYTHING IS RELATIVE IN THIS WORLD!!!
i mean the way you think is the most important thing.
you can't be happier at all times, because we are humans and my dear for your kind information it's a natural thing to aspire for the more!!!
your happiness may not give happiness to others .
the day you will attain total happiness ,you will be all odds
so don't think about such a illogical thing !!

Yes. You may find that it happens only for certain moments, even seconds, and will happen at times you may not even be expecting it...

and you may find a lasting happiness, one that is sort of like a 'blanket' that keeps you secure in your self-confidence, clarity, and love.

I feel kind of pathetic right now myself, but I still know there is such a thing as total and absolute happiness. I've had it, and I will again.
Thanks for making me think about it.

Someone said it couldn't be absolute because everything is relative, but frankly for me I have known moments of bliss I couldn't imagine being any happier, different events like sporting moments or family they were both totally joyous to the highest degree.
However, the question is happiness and this kind of implies a persisting state? I think without the range of emotions we feel, happiness has no truth. To feel happiness for a great period would render that happiness dull.

Only in the next life in heaven will that be perfect for those who are saved.

God does not grant us that in this life, but often indicators in the forms of intense happiness occasionally and things that work out well for us, as we are being trained here and that the next life is for uninterrupted joy.

depends on what you define as total/absolute happiness. for me, it is my girlfriend. you just need to find what it is in life that makes you feel better than anything and that will bring you ultimate happiness
