I work at a store, let's call it 'Modest-O' (censored). I asked my boss for higher wage and/or a promotion, she said no. Couple of months passed by, and I asked my boss, who we will call 'Cristina', again. This time, she said she would comply, BUT she wants me to have sex with her first. Now I would do this, but she has a boyfriend who big, not buff, just big, weighs about 100 pounds more than me named 'Ernie' who also works at the store. I fear the repercussions if he found out we had sex.

Should I:
a) Tell people above 'Cristina' about what she is doing.
b) Have sex with her and risk getting killed by 'Ernie'.
c) other

I would go with C

She is in the wrong for asking you to do this and you should report her. More than likely it is not the first time she has done this to somoeone so must be confident she can get away with it.

IF however you have no other choice but to have sex with her then there are a few ways to handle it.

First is agree however you tell her you enjoy kinky/perverted sex and its the only way you can perform. With luck that will scare her off (embellish as needed) and it will never be mentioned again. After all you didn't say no you agreed, it was her that backed off.

Other way is if she agrees to the above then subject her to every humiliating practice you can come up. Again I doubt it would ever be mentioned again.

Bonus points if you manage to get pictures or video, as much for your protection against future retribution or her breaking the deal as it is for gratification.

Well I think you should report her for blackmail...Don't be afraid of that guy. If he found out what she did to you he'd probably break up with her. Its the best thing you can do to maintain your pride and self respect. Don't let 10 minutes of pleasure ruin your life and possibly career its not worth it even if you're desperate! Good luck! =D

Yes you will. Once you report her for blackmail she'll be fired and you can present your case or idea to the boss thats above her [Maybe the district manager or general manager]. She/he'll probably have sympathy for you and give you the position. She'll be out of the picture after the blackmail...

Notify the district manager of your company. That is bribery and unethical. I would start to look for a new job and just walk out when you get a new job, cause why should you respect her by putting a 2 weeks notice in when she cant respect you. Once you reach the district manager they will look into the problem and probably ask other employees if they have had problems simular to yours. Good luck

c) other. Don't sleep with some chick just for a promotion. If it was a hot dude then I would say by all means go for it.
