I like crispy streaky bacon and I've found the best way to do it is to get a baking tray, put a metal rack on top of that and drape the bacon over the rack - this way as the bacon cooks the fat drains away to the tray below.
Then, rather than sticking the bacon in to a hot oven, you put it in the oven before it has heated up. Heat up to 400 degrees fahrenheit (200-220 celsius) and keep it in the oven until nice and crispy.

Definitely crispy, but above all, I like it cooked done. I ate bacon that wasn't cooked thoroughly when I was in college adn I was barfing ALL NIGHT LONG!

Crispy...and sprinkle a little brown sugar over the top of the bacon before cooking it.....an old chef's trick and it turns it perfect...now I am hungry !

i like it cook very crispie , so no frying just stright in to the over , and then rap it it up in silver foil back into the oven low heat and that is how i like my bacon cooked

Slowly for several minutes at lower heat until it's crispy. If you cook it at too high of a temp it gets black and gross.
