Any change in a mole should be treated seriously, go get an appointment and have it checked by a doctor.

If you are talking about the kind that make holes in your garden leave em be, lol.....

Pimple or bite possibly but the only way to know for sure is to see your doctor for further evaluation to see what they think is going on.
