Does a woman's ovaries swell or become enlarged during ovulation? What else could make your ovary feel "lumpy"? How do you know if your ovaries are enlarged?

I would recommend seeing your doctor and get them to send you for an ultrasound, you may have a cyst on your ovary that makes it feel like you have a lump. Good luck! :)

The egg cells that are in our ovaries if they are in a certain stage depending on where you are in your cycle can make the ovary feel lumpy. Having a cyst can also do that.

As for enlargement that can have something to do with hormones. I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
