I honestly think it is a waste of time, paperwork, and money getting it served. And I know laws vary from state to state. BUT here in the state of Massachusetts in order to get a restraining order, you MUST have lived with the person, or have been involved with the person in order to get a restraining order. SO if the law is the same in CA. then the order is already illegal. And please don't mis-understand me. I AM IN NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM defending this guy. If he is a pedophile then he needs to be dealt with. And in such a way as there will never ever be a problem ever again. BUT the courts won't take care of business the way it should be. They would rather issue an order (that sounds illegal) and if the order has him staying away from ALL children then you basically have violated his rights. I mean how is the guy going to go shopping for food or anything else. This being as KIDS are EVERYWHERE. Where is the logic. Shoot the pedophile and the problem is solved.

It's a joke but unfortunately, it's all they can do right now.Sadly, he'll have to get caught molesting some poor little girl before anything else can be done. I hear he's received lots of threats though..God forgive me, but I wouldn't feel an ounce of sympathy if someone were to take the law into their own hands. He just needs one day in general population in prison ...

It's well worth it for a sicko that weird. He already had been taking pictures of young girls.
