It's morning here, and I'm always up about this time.
Yahoo! Answers won't fix your stress or your depression.
Start the following activities, yes..you heard right...activities:
1. Exercise. Walking will work, but something that gets you up and moving. The endorphins you release will help with the stress and the depression.
2. Meditate. Yup...learn to contemplate your navel..or if you have the orange variety...naval. 15-20 minutes before bedtime
3. Have a schedule. Up at THIS time...in bed by THAT time, sort of thing.
4. Ease the caffeine out of your life.
5. Eat properly...leave the processed foods alone, and make friends with fruits and vegetables.
6. Leave the sodas alone.
7. Get out and DO something. Volunteer. Ride a bike with a group. Go to the museum. Something. Sitting on your behind feeling sorry for yourself isn't going to make you feel better.
8. If you're drinking, smoking or doing drugs...ease those out of your life...they only screw up your body, and contribute to the stress and the depression.
9. Evaluate WHY you're stressed...and look into changing it.
10. Ditto the whole depression bit...chances are there's a reason...see if you can change it.

Well I am up because I have insomnia and can't sleep...to depressed and stressed...i go on yahoo answers to try to get my mind off things, try to get a good laugh... so yea so yea.

Usually I'm up much of the night with insomnia b/c of depression, anxiety, and stress, but tonight I actually fell asleep before midnight and just woke up.

same reason you are, insomnia! im not depressed, TODAY, that is, i just cant stay asleep, i fall asleep fast, but wake up 2 hrs later, and gent get back to sleep.yahoo, should post a sight just for insomniacs! bet it would over take all the rest!!!lol

its only 8pm here but now that you mention it i am very tired and i have a 6 month old baby that likes to wake at 2am so i should go to sleep - he has been a bit whingy today so i am ready for a napski
