Yes you can. Fog is cloud at ground level so when you're out and about in foggy weather you're touching and walking through clouds.
A cloud is made up of millions of tiny droplets of water which is why fog feels cold and damp.

YES
Fog is cloud. You can't float on a cloud as gravity will make you fall to the earth.
Clouds can be pretty to look like but if you are flying through them you need to know which ones can have dangerous weather inside them. ie snow, ice, turbulance.

Yes - when I was in Rio we travelled to the top of Sugar Loaf mountain and the clouds rolled in. It was like walking through mist and very cold.

Well you wouldn't feel anything other than wet..... i gave you an example you know well you go into a bathroom after someone has had a shower and kept the doors and windows shut and the room becomes all steamy, so when you walk in you "feel" steam, it would be like that only so much colder, very cold!

it is genuinely actual. At atomic point, gadgets of all magnitudes dangle some angstrom aside. no remember if that's a human sitting on a chair, or s battleship sitting on the water, it in no way particularly touches.
