Do you think tht the feminization of labor force is a good sign??? Why do you think so?

It make women less dependent on men for support for themselves and their children. This has social consequences which may not be all good, but it increases the freedom of women, reduces the birth rate and controls population growth. It also increases the GDP per capita of a country by utilizing more of the available labor and two income families are more economically secure.

Of course it's good. It keeps the men, who have held the same job for years, to be more productive as there is a threat of being replaced.
