a.) de-stress remembering tomorrow's another day, and muddle through the daily nonsense by extreme perserverence and a desire to suceed.

I currently try option a)., though I now lack the desire to succeed because management are treating us all like brainless morons, so I guess I'll soon resort to option b (after I tell them where to shove their b/s !!

I did b.) about a month ago and it was the best decision i ever made. i hated my job so much. was so stressful and depressing. i was underpaid even though i was the best person there. think it was because i was the youngest. i was not appreciated. i worked 9 to 5 with no lunch break at least 3 times a week for 3 years and stayed late 2-3 hours at least twice a week. it used to take me 2 hours to get to the office! i was only on £14,000 and this year they only gave me £250 raise while the older people got £1000. i think you should quit, take a little time of to relax and then look for another job.

F- Perevere with the job while looking for a new one! When you have found a new job that will make you happy, tell your employers you have found a position where you can be a human being and quit in a very public way!
Get off the p.c and go find the job you want now! Good Luck to you, be happy :o)

Take a trip to the spa, have a massage, and then evaluate the alternative job options. If there is one you can do that......is less stressful, pays as much or more, is available, reachable and you're qualified for...then go for it!

f.) try choice (a) first, and if the stress keeps haunting you, then go for choice (b). Just make sure you've already got another job lined up BEFORE you quit. Hopefully one that gives you less stress...
