please help me
i want to same my conversation in MSN but every time i try to enable this chooser from tools-->option-->message box the message history part is complete gray and i am not able to chose that and cant select select this feature
please help me what can i do

Go into the options menu again.
options > Messages > then go down to Message history. You said it was grey, so you need to click a check in the box before "automatically keep a history of my conversations." Then you can save the conversations where ever you like, as is indicated in the field below that.
You can also see the end of the last conversation you had with a person by putting a check in the box "show my last conversation in new conversation windows"
If the area is still grey when you go to check the box before "automatically keep a history of my conversations" then you may want to make sure you're signed in. Because this entire area will be grey if you are not currently signed in.

You need to set it to save on the front page as a default.
Tools > Messages> then tick keep my convos automatically.
