Girls Nipples = 14
Bags = 49
Cats per Bag = 56
Cats = 56 x 49 = 2744
Cat Nipples = 2744 x 7 = 19208
Total = 19208 + 14 = 19222

Each bag has 7 big cats and each of these has 7 small cats.
So there are 7*7 small cats + 7 big cats or 56 cats per bag
(7 girls) * (7 bags) * (56 cats) * (7 nipples per cat) = 19,208
If you are counting nipples on the girls you must add an additional 14 so:
Cat nipples = 19,208
Girl nipples = 14
Total all nipples = 19,222

We can calculate the nipples for the 3 different beings:
7 girls = 14 nipples
7 * 7 * 7 big cats = 343 big cats so = 343 * 7 = 2401 nipples
7 * 7 * 7 * 7 small cats = 2401 small cats so 2401 * 7 = 16807 nipples
I f we sum all = 14 + 2401 + 16807 = 19222 nipples !
