Hey, i gots huge problems with sleep things also. My way to get back to normal is after i stay up a whole night i make sure i dont sleep the whole next day until a good time like 8pm and not much later cause then you end up waking up late again and ur body doesnt feel like going to sleep anytime soon. talk to a doctor or psych about trezadone im taking it for sleep disorders and it works great. go look it up. Good luck

it is very hard to change and therefore you have to take will power to do it.
