When i look at my pay stub it tells me exactly where the money from my taxes is going. I always feel a little sense of pride that i'm a contributing member of society, and doing my part as a citizen. Maybe i'm just weird...what do u think?

I'm glad you are proud to be tax gouged. There are people like you, they are called Democrats. These are people who need the government to tell them what to do with their lives. But I'm not a Democrat and I am proud that I can think and act independant from the government. Exactly where does your tax dollars go? Does it say on your paycheck that Billions line the pocket of foreign leaders pockets so they can Mercedes when it was intended for the citzens needs? It's a corrupt world, money corrupts leaders, so don't feel proud to give them more.

I used to feel that way, but not anymore. When I read about the tax breaks for the rich, and none for the middle class or poor, I don't feel the pride anymore. But then again, I don't have the $$$ to contribute to politicians to get them to give me a tax break, I'm too busy using my money to pay my taxes!
