With the middle name Kay, a long first name would balance it out. I like Isabella Kay. Also Madeleine Kay. I know someone whose name is D'Nessa Kay. I prefer Danessa. She was always called DK for short.-----For boys I like Jaxon Levi, but that does leave out the important family name that obviously means so much to you. Jaxon Dewayne is nice. How about Liam or Logan? Levi Dewayne. Tyler, Ryan, and Evan all sound good with Dewayne.

Girls: Lillian Kay. With this name, she can be called either Lilly or Kay by her family and best friends.

Boys: Wesley Dewayne. Same reason: it's a flexible name that signifies both strength with intellect. With this name, you have Wes, Wes Dewayne or Wayne

I'm really put off when parents go overboard, naming their kids those names like Jaidyn or Kason.....to me THAT's the immaturity of young parents.

I like both Connor Dewayne and Nathaniel Dewayne. For a girl, I'd choose Jaidyn Kay.

If the kay and Dewayne are important than keep them. No one really hears middle names anyway but the parents. I like Isabella for a girl and ... none of the boys names really, sorry.

Hi
Hope things are going well.

I like Alexa Kay, but I would go Alessia or Alyssa instead.

I like Connor, easy to spell and say. Instead of Dewayne I would do for Wayne, it goes better, Connor Wayne, it is a just a bit shorter for the child to write at school! I think Wesley Wayne is fine too, or Wayne Wesley.

I think for a girl it should between Alexa, or Isabella Kay, and for a boy I think you choose Kason Dewayne. They are pretty names to me I don't know about you.
