I haven't but my wife has learned to play the piano.
It's quite a committment, you have to do the practice, and it takes a while but she has found it most enjoyable.
So have I, now that she's getting to be able to actually play!
Go for it!!
EDIT,
She's just come home from line dancing and started to practise Morning Song by Elgar. So beautiful it almost moved me to tears!
Learn! It is just soooo rewarding.

Hi, Yes I learned the piano when I was a child, but like you my house is too small for one nowadays. My niece has a keyboard and I have a tinker about on that sometimes and still enjoy it. If you want to do it then go ahead, the sense of achievement is great once you can start playing properly, and the keyboard has so much more on it, you can make it sound excellent. Good Luck.

You're never too old. I only learned/started guitar when I was 16/17 as well. I think it's easier to learn some stuff on keyboard but guitar is fun too. Guitar is harder to grasp in the beginning. As far as choosing, I'm really not sure. I love both a lot. I think you should go with guitar but either one is a great choice. Also, if you go with guitar, I suggest acoustic first because if you are ever planning on playing electric, it's easier to switch from acoustic to electric rather than the other way around.

I've learned to play my CD/DVD player and to create music and burn it onto a CD...wonder if that will ever count?! lol
I enjoy music so very much and always wanted to learn the piano or violin, but the nimbleness of the hands are making that aspect a bit unrealistic and painful.
Do take up the piano, I'm sure it will be so very rewarding!

I was going to tell you that I learned the tamborine in my late 40's, but that probably doesn't count.
Reading music is a foreign language to me, so is anything more than basic adding and subtracting. The logical part of my brain died in the 5th grade!
I would like to learn to play one of the half dozen harmonicas that were my mothers. I want to play like Bob Dylan cause you can't sing when you are "blowing in the wind".

No - I am very unmusical! Can't even sing in tune (so people tell me!).
But - I have considered learning to play the bagpipes - I have a very miserable neighbour who is prone to leaning over the fence moaning about something or other and telling me what I should or shouldn't do (ex policeman).
I imagine being able to practise the pipes in the garden after every whinge session!!!

Just in reply to your question and without regard to the further inquiries.
Yes but some people find it disgusting, Nature has a different way of affecting 'wind control' in some of old guys.
Not trying to be rude but it was the first thing that came to my mind when I read your question. Can I beg senility?
