Lying by the beach thinking tonight. Does everything have a solution? Life is filled with endless questions.

Such as why is the sky blue?

How to fall asleep at night?

Also puzzled questions as why did we break up and go out again and again?

Not all questions in life will ever come with answers. There will never be a book in the library called “The solution to every kid’s endless questions in life?” Sometimes were scared to ask, because we can feel the answer will lead us in the direction to why that and how come. It all comes down to this, life was meant to be a struggle and opened with many problems and un-solved questions. Why would you ask if you know a question will lead to a bigger and larger problem? Maybe it was a simple question in the beginning to start out with. All I want is an answer to some of life’s confusing questions. In the end there might just be a solution. Too many opened and confused questions in my life.

No offense, that was horrendous.

And, BTW, all of those questions have answers.

No, everything does not have a solution. And yes, life is filled with endless questions. But isn't it a privilege to lie upon the beach contemplating this, and more?

I'm not going to put you in a guilt trip but there are people in this world who can't take a moment to think about why the sky is blue. Or worry about whether or not they sleep at night. Or who they broke up with last week or last month or yesterday.

You are so right. There does not exist a book called "The solution to every kid's endless questions in life."

And guess what? It is scarey. But the truth is, you can only move forward. That is the only direction there is. Forward. And the reason you ask a question is that no matter what the answer, you are a fool if you do not ask. I wish I could be there to know you and to hold your hand. But I can't. All I can do is to tell you you are right, you are on the right path. And the path is forward. And the cobblestones along the way are your questions. Answer them one at a time.

It is. I have an advantage, I'm 49. But when I was young I didn't have questions. It started when I was 4 years old. My parents told me, "you can't do that!" (i'll leave out what it was). And they were laughing, not at me but what I had said we should do (that's a secret too).

My response to that was not verbal, it was just in my mind. It wasn't , "why not?" , it was, "there must be something wrong with the world. And the next 36 years of my life were filled with not questions but assertions.

And you know what? During those years I learned nothing.

Oh, I went to school and learned what I was taught, but nothing that I, me, Really cared about.

The last 9 years years my life has been almost nothing but questions. But in those years I have learned one thing. That the answers to those questions...... I found them all within myself. Or I found out they didn't really matter to me.

A poet's soul doesn't always think about the beautiful, which is easy to "rhyme". But it will, because of her or his ability to perceive, notice everything that is worthy of comment.

We know the colors, smells and tones of the world because our sensory organs (eyes, ears, nose) can perceive them and our brains can recognize them.
