I've never read such a long book in so short a time. There were a few dry spots, some inconsistencies, and count me among those who think JKR wimped out. But I was crying my eyes out near the end. Everything with Snape was really excellent. Overall, it was fantastic! As with the entire series, I can't remember the last time I cared so deeply about characters in a book. They're so, so realistic.

Finished it in 8 hours (this included breaks). Had a huge headache afterwards because my eyes were glued to the book for so long. And HECK, I couldn't put it down either! Everytime I tried to, I kept looking at it from a distance. It was taunting me!

My dad, after having to stay up waiting for me to get out, made me stay up 'till three in the morning reading. It was so late, I actually couldn't concentrate- still got 370 page thoroughly read, though (I'm good :D). I finished it around 9 the next morning, after waking up.

i have finished it in 4 days. it was FANTASTIC! i couldn't sleep while the book was lying there, still having some pages haven't been read. my eyes were hurting badly when i was reading the last chapter. i was relieved in two ways when i finished reading it: first; because of the "happy-end" of the book and second; that my eyes were feeling better then!

Heck yes, I finished it.
Best book by far, I'm sad it's over, but she ended it in a very satisfying way.
